We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help us expand our reach, strengthen our client base, and explore new market opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in strategic thinking, values relationship-building, and is driven by results.

About the Role:​

As our Business Development Manager, you will lead efforts to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities. Working remotely, you will connect with potential clients, strengthen existing partnerships, and craft growth strategies that align with our long-term vision.

Your work will directly impact our ability to reach more people, deliver exceptional value, and position Olobo Heritage as a leader in our field.

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Applicants must have:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation:​

Salary: ₦150,000 monthly.

(Flexible hybrid work arrangement.)
